Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Program Manager, Customer Advocacy to lead our end-to-end customer reviews program across Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius and G2. You will transform customer evidence into market proof, aligning with marketing, product, and sales to strengthen AI visibility and cross-functional narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B technology marketing with customer advocacy experience.
• Experience managing Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and TrustRadius.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer review strategy across Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and G2.
• Own the customer review calendar and align with analyst cycles.
• Increase AEO/GEO visibility for AI citations and marketing narratives.
• Manage Zoom's presence across all review platforms and track metrics.
• Support analyst evaluations with high-quality customer references.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Integrated Marketing, Social, and Digital teams.
• Partner with vendors to transform reviews into a content engine.
• Identify growth opportunities by integrating reviews into internal AI tools.
