Zscaler is seeking a Service Sales Manager (SSM) to join our remote team. You will scope and sell Professional Services, partnering with regional sales, SEs, and architects to craft comprehensive service proposals and drive deployments across Enterprise and Commercial sectors.

You’ll own services bookings quotas, coordinate technical scoping, proposals, and SOWs, and lead training discussions with customers to ensure value-driven outcomes. Strong AI/tech fluency and security knowledge are a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years selling Professional Services or Technology Solutions.
• 5+ years building relationships with key partners.
• 2+ years scoping, producing, and delivering SOWs.
• 3+ years in Security, Networking, SaaS, or IaaS.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Articulate and sell the value of Professional Services to enterprise accounts.
• Define and integrate services into proposals with Sales Engineers and Architects.
• Own Services bookings quota in the assigned territory.
• Produce proposals, SOWs, and resource plans for complex solutions.
• Lead training discovery and ensure training recommendations are included.
