Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Service Sales Manager (SSM) to remotely drive scoping and selling of Professional Services across Enterprise and Commercial segments. You will partner with the license sales team to align services with customer value, working with delivery and customer success to ensure smooth transitions and outcomes.

In this role, you will own the services bookings quota, craft proposals and SOWs, and lead technical scoping.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows.
• 5+ years selling Professional Services and/or Technology Solutions.
• 5+ years building relationships with partners throughout delivery.
• 2+ years scoping, producing, and delivering technical documentation (SOW/proposals).
• 3+ years of experience with Security technologies, Networking, SaaS, and IaaS.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and sell the value of Professional Services within enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, SEs, and Architects to integrate services into proposals.
• Own Services bookings quota in the assigned territory and achieve target attach rates.
• Execute technical scoping, produce proposals, SOWs, and resource plans for complex solutions.
• Lead discovery and positioning to include training recommendations in proposals.
