Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Product Sales Account Executive - AI Security to drive AI security solutions with CISOs and security leaders, from discovery through deal closure. You’ll work in a remote US-based role within the Sales & Go-to-Market group.

This position emphasizes strategic prospecting, MEDDIC-driven methodologies, and collaboration with Sales Engineers to articulate platform value and advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• 5+ years of full sales cycle experience within the software or cybersecurity industry.
• Proven experience in customer-facing GTM roles within cybersecurity, Generative AI, or adjacent technical domains.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage pipeline development across targeted enterprise accounts.
• Engage CISOs and security leaders to articulate Zscaler's AI security value proposition.
• Partner with Sales Engineers to demonstrate solutions and drive consultative deals from discovery to closure.
• Gather customer insights and objections and relay them back to product and marketing teams.
• Represent Zscaler at industry conferences, trade shows, and executive networking sessions.
