Talution Group is seeking two Technical Support & Operations Administrators to maintain a production application environment. You will investigate incidents, follow runbooks, and collaborate across technical teams to keep services available.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL skills for database validation, experience with Windows Server/IIS, and a disciplined approach to documentation and incident reporting. This remote position supports national coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing incidents in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents using SSMS and T-SQL to identify root causes.
• Analyze job status and processing workflows to ensure smooth operation.
• Resolve stuck or failed processing and perform controlled data updates when needed.
• Review IIS logs and Windows Event Viewer entries for diagnostics.
• Understand relationships between jobs, batches, and processing workflows.
