Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or production environments
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services and on-premises systems
• Public Trust (MBI) clearance or ability to obtain one
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level operational support for complex application cloud systems
• Develop solutions for routine technical problems of limited scope
• Document problems and resolutions in logging systems
• Communicate status of issues to users and senior management
• Maintain and install computing infrastructure and perform regular maintenance
• Support on-call production system readiness and incident response
