Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field in production environments.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL query and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud-based production systems and automation tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices and VA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level day-to-day operational support of cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Document problems and reports; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain system assets inventory and perform maintenance/installation.
• Collaborate with customer and cross-functional teams to ensure uptime.
