Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, production environments.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL queries and monitoring.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud, specifically S3, Step Functions, Batch Jobs, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level, day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Document problems and report outages with diagnostic data for recovery.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and communicate status.
