Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Strong scripting, SQL and API testing skills.
• Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban with Jira/ServiceNow is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate with stakeholders.
• Java or other programming experience is a plus.
• Sales or customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT to perform integration, implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, listen to needs, and present solutions.
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain alignment with CAH business and IT stakeholders.
• Track defects and create incident tickets to resolve issues.
• Define and operationalize role responsibilities.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
