Cardinal Health seeks a Product Systems Analyst to serve as a liaison between business and IT, translating product needs into technical specifications for delivery and success. You will work with the OptiFreight IT Team and external providers in a highly collaborative environment to optimize the product solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (related field) or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Technical aptitude with scripting (Python), SQL, and API testing (Postman, Bruno).
• Experience with application diagnostics and debugging (Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience; Jira and ServiceNow preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Java or other programming experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT to perform integration implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings and analyze needs to present solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet with stakeholders to analyze business needs and communicate to IT teams.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders.
• Take reports of defects and create incident tickets to resolve.
• Define and operationalize roles.
