Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and API testing.
• Experience with application diagnostics and debugging tools.
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience; Jira/ServiceNow a plus.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Collaborate with IT to perform integration and testing.
• Attend customer meetings; analyze needs and propose solutions.
• Meet with stakeholders to analyze business needs and communicate with IT.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain alignment with Cardinal Health business and IT stakeholders.
• Track defects and incidents; create tickets and resolve them.
• Define and operationalize role requirements.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
