Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analyst for a nationwide remote role. You will partner with IT and business teams to analyze customer needs, define requirements, and support the solutions-making process within Commercial Technologies.

The role requires technical aptitude in Python, SQL, API testing, and diagnostics tools, with collaborative Agile environments. Strong communication is essential to coordinate with stakeholders and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Technical aptitude with scripting (e.g. Python), SQL, and API testing (e.g. Postman, Bruno).
• Technical aptitude with application diagnostics and debugging (e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban team experience; Jira and ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to discuss requirements with stakeholders.
• Java or other programming experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT team members to perform integration implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders
• Take reports of defects, bugs, issues, and create incident tickets and resolve
• Define and operationalize role
• Query SQL databases to answer questions
