Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analyst for the national remote role. You will serve as a liaison between business and IT, specializing in 3rd party TMS platforms, performing integration and testing, and presenting solutions to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS or equivalent, 4–8 years of experience, strong Python/SQL/API testing skills, and experience with Dynatrace or Splunk. Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Strong scripting (e.g., Python), SQL, and API testing (e.g., Postman, Bruno).
• Experience with application diagnostics and debugging (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience; Jira and ServiceNow preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong communication to explain decisions and engage stakeholders.
• Java or other programming experience is a plus.
• Sales or customer service experience would be desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT to perform integration, implementation, and testing.
• Attend customer meetings and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet with stakeholders to analyze business needs and communicate with IT teams.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain alignment with CAH business and IT stakeholders.
• Take reports of defects and resolve incidents.
• Define and operationalize role.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
