Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analyst to join Commercial Technologies. This role supports business and IT by translating product needs into technical specifications and back-end capabilities, while improving front-end experiences.

You will partner with engineers and external providers, analyze customer needs, run SQL queries, and ensure timely delivery of solutions. A background in Python, SQL, API testing, and Agile practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with Python, SQL, and API testing.
• Familiar with Dynatrace and Splunk for diagnostics.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban; Jira and ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Collaborate with IT to perform integration, implementation, and testing.
• Attend customer meetings to analyze needs and propose solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
