EnerSys invites a summer Product Success Intern to assist in improving customer experience and adoption of EnerSys digital solutions, including customer portals and connected products.

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and customer-focused, pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Remote internship for May/June 2027–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and interest in customer behavior and business processes.
• Comfortable conducting interviews, gathering feedback, and presenting findings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in customer success, digital products, SaaS applications, user experience, or product management.

Responsabilités

• Support customer adoption and engagement initiatives for customer-facing digital platforms and portals.
• Help develop and improve processes for collecting customer feedback across the customer journey.
• Assist with Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, surveys, interviews, and customer research activities.
• Participate in customer interviews and help document insights from different customer personas, including executives, operations leaders, fleet managers, technicians, and end users.
• Analyze portal usage data, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate how customers interact with digital solutions and recommend usability improvements.
• Challenge existing processes by identifying gaps and friction points in the customer experience.
• Research customer success strategies used by leading SaaS/tech companies and apply EnerSys ideas.
• Assist with onboarding materials, training resources, knowledge base content, and customer communications.
• Help establish scalable methods for gathering feedback as portal adoption grows.
• Support development of customer success metrics, dashboards, and adoption reporting.
