Job summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is offering a Summer Internship for a Product Success Intern.

This remote internship in the USA runs May/June 2027 through August 2027, with an hourly rate of $20.00–$24.00 based on experience, education, skills, and location. The role supports customer adoption of EnerSys digital solutions, VOC programs, and customer research, helping to drive adoption, feedback collection, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with interest in customer behavior and business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in customer success, digital products, SaaS, UX, or product management.

Responsibilities

• Support customer adoption and engagement initiatives for customer-facing digital platforms and portals.
• Help develop and improve processes for collecting customer feedback across the customer journey.
• Assist with Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, surveys, interviews, and customer research activities.
• Participate in customer interviews and document insights across personas (executives, operators, fleet managers, technicians, end users).
• Analyze portal usage data and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate interactions with digital solutions and recommend usability enhancements.
