EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a Product Success Intern to support customer adoption of EnerSys digital platforms and portals. This remote, summer internship focuses on collecting feedback, conducting customer interviews, and analyzing portal usage to drive improvements.

You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with strong communication skills and an interest in SaaS and customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with interest in customer behavior and business processes.
• Comfortable conducting interviews, gathering feedback, and presenting findings.

Responsabilités

• Support customer adoption and engagement initiatives for customer-facing digital platforms and portals.
• Help develop and improve processes for collecting customer feedback across the customer journey.
• Assist with Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, surveys, interviews, and customer research activities.
• Participate in customer interviews and help document insights from different customer personas.
• Analyze portal usage data, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate how customers interact with digital solutions and recommend usability improvements.
• Research customer success strategies and provide recommendations applicable within EnerSys.
• Assist with customer onboarding materials, training resources, knowledge base content, and customer communications.
• Help establish scalable methods for gathering feedback as portal adoption grows.
• Support development of customer success metrics, dashboards, and adoption reporting.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
