Job summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. seeks a Product Success Intern to help enhance employee and customer experiences by driving adoption of EnerSys digital solutions, including customer portals and connected products.

This remote USA summer internship runs May/June 2027 through August 2027. The candidate should be curious, analytical, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a passion for understanding what makes customers successful.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with interest in customer behavior and processes.
• Comfortable conducting interviews, gathering feedback, and presenting findings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support customer adoption and engagement initiatives for customer-facing digital platforms and portals.
• Help develop and improve processes for collecting customer feedback across the customer journey.
• Assist with VOC programs, surveys, interviews, and customer research activities.
• Participate in customer interviews and document insights from various personas.
• Analyze portal usage data, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify improvements.
• Evaluate interactions with digital solutions and recommend usability enhancements.
• Identify gaps and friction points to improve the customer experience.
• Research customer success strategies from leading SaaS companies and apply learnings.
• Assist with onboarding materials, training resources, and knowledge base content.
• Help establish scalable feedback-gathering methods as portal adoption grows.
• Support development of customer success metrics, dashboards, and adoption reporting.
