Job summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. offers a Summer Internship in Product Success to help improve employee and customer experience through EnerSys digital solutions, including customer portals and connected products.

You will analyze portal usage, support adoption initiatives, and assist with VOC programs, onboarding materials, and customer research. This remote role runs May through August 2027 and targets undergrad students in business-related fields.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding customer behavior and business processes.
• Comfortable conducting interviews, gathering feedback, and presenting findings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support customer adoption and engagement initiatives for customer-facing digital platforms and portals.
• Help develop and improve processes for collecting customer feedback across the customer journey.
• Assist with Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, surveys, interviews, and customer research activities.
• Participate in customer interviews and help document insights from different customer personas, including executives and end users.
• Analyze portal usage data, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate how customers interact with digital solutions and recommend usability improvements.
• Challenge existing processes by identifying gaps and friction points in the customer experience.
• Research customer success strategies used by leading SaaS and tech companies and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist with customer onboarding materials, training resources, knowledge base content, and communications.
• Help establish scalable methods for gathering feedback as portal adoption grows.
• Support development of customer success metrics, dashboards, and adoption reporting.
