Job summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a Product Success Intern for a Summer internship (May–August 2027) remote in the USA.

You will help improve employee and customer experiences and drive adoption of EnerSys digital solutions, including customer portals and connected products. The role emphasizes curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong communication, with exposure to VOC programs, customer interviews, and dashboard reporting.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with interest in customer behavior and business processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Interest in customer success, digital products, SaaS, UX, or product management.

Responsibilities

Support customer adoption and engagement initiatives for customer-facing digital platforms and portals.
Help develop and improve processes for collecting customer feedback across the journey.
Assist with Voice of Customer programs, surveys, interviews, and customer research activities.
Document insights from interviews across executives, operations, fleets, technicians, and end users.
Analyze portal usage data and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
Recommend usability and adoption enhancements to deliver customer value.
Contribute to onboarding materials, training resources, and knowledge base content.
Help establish scalable methods for gathering feedback as portal adoption grows.
