EnerSys invites a Product Success Intern to help enhance employee and customer experiences, driving adoption of digital solutions including customer portals and connected products.

The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, customer-focused, and able to document insights from various customer personas, including executives and fleet managers. Remote internship for Summer 2027, with exposure to SaaS and product management concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CX, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with interest in customer behavior.
• Experience interviewing and gathering feedback.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in customer success, SaaS, UX, or product management.

Responsabilités

• Support customer adoption and engagement initiatives for customer-facing digital platforms and portals.
• Help develop and improve processes for collecting customer feedback across the journey.
• Assist with Voice of Customer programs, surveys, interviews, and research.
• Document insights from different customer personas, including executives and end users.
• Analyze portal usage data and engagement trends to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate how customers interact with digital solutions and suggest improvements.
