Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a Product Owner for the DataHub team within the Enterprise Data & Analytics organization. You will drive modernization of enterprise data platforms, translate customer needs into prioritized work, and partner with architects, data engineers, and delivery teams to maximize business value and platform adoption.

This remote role requires 7+ years in product ownership, SAFe experience, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Owner/PM experience in Agile environments.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience in SAFe environments, including PI Planning and backlog prioritization.
• SAFe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and participate in PI Planning, sprint reviews, and SAFe events.
• Collaborate with governance, architecture, security, and engineering to align on data quality and stewardship.
