American Red Cross seeks a Product Owner for the DataHub team within the Enterprise Data & Analytics organization. You will drive modernization of enterprise data platforms, align with stakeholders, and translate complex business needs into clear priorities and outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver scalable data solutions that support the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.
• Experience leading discovery, prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery in Agile organizations.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; SAFe experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner for DataHub, translating product strategy into prioritized team objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement, PI Planning, sprint reviews, and SAFe events to align team and stakeholders.
