Qualifications

Eight years of Medical Coding experience in outpatient settings.
Experience analyzing complex data to support decisions.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Own release planning and prioritization aligned to roadmap and value.
Lead cross-functional meta-scrum discussions for roadmap execution.
Conduct VOC activities and market research to identify improvements and opportunities.
Develop long-term product strategy, ROI, adoption, and integration plans.
Track KPIs and create data visualizations to communicate progress to stakeholders.
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with financials and updates.
Collaborate with Marketing to collect VOC and boost product awareness.
Coordinate with Sales on pricing, demos, and market positioning.
Manage NPI activities, CMR approvals, and training needs with internal teams.
Provide product demos to validate functionality with stakeholders.
