Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Product Owner to lead the product lifecycle for healthcare software solutions. You will own release planning, align initiatives to the roadmap, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities include VOC research, market analysis, and developing a long-term strategy with measurable ROI. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and technical teams to ensure successful product progress and adoption.

Qualifications

Minimum eight (8) years of clinical software experience.
Eight (8) years of Medical Coding expertise in outpatient facility settings.
Experience using data analysis tools to query, analyze, and report on data.
Experience with web analytics tools.
Knowledge of Agile methods and product management practices.

Responsibilities

Own release planning for the product workflow and prioritize initiatives.
Lead weekly meta-scrum discussions with cross-functional partners.
Conduct voice-of-customer activities and market research to identify improvements.
Develop product strategy and long-term roadmap with ROI and adoption goals.
Identify KPIs and create data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
