Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Product Owner to lead an autonomous coding platform that uses AI to automate coding and reimbursement. You will own release planning, lead cross-functional meta-scrums, and drive a data-driven roadmap with ROI focus.

Strong clinical coding background and data analytics are essential to align product value with healthcare outcomes. The role requires 8+ years in healthcare software and coding, experience with SQL, Power BI and QuickSight, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

Eight years of clinical software experience.
Eight years of Medical Coding expertise in outpatient settings.
Coding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or COC) required.
Experience using SQL, Power BI and Amazon QuickSight for data analysis.
Ability to communicate technical info to diverse audiences.
Experience gathering and incorporating user or stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

Own release planning for the product workflow with EPICs aligned to roadmap and ROI.
Lead weekly meta-scrum with Development, Product Analysis and cross-functional partners.
Conduct VOC, market research, usage analysis, surveys and feedback reviews.
Develop product strategy, ROI, feature adoption and roadmap direction.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales on VOC, pricing and product positioning.
Manage NPI activities, CMR approvals, webinars and training needs.
