Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Product Owner to lead an autonomous coding platform that uses AI to automate coding and reimbursement of health care claims. You will guide cross-functional teams, define the roadmap, and align initiatives with customer value and business goals.

The role emphasizes VOC, market insights, and data-driven decision making to optimize revenue cycle workflows and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 8+ years of clinical software experience.
• 8+ years of Medical Coding expertise in Outpatient Facility settings.
• Coding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, COC).
• Experience using data analysis tools to query, analyze, and report data.
• Experience communicating complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own release planning for product workflow and EPIC prioritization.
• Lead weekly meta-scrum with Development and cross-functional partners.
• Conduct VOC, market research, usage analysis, and surveys to identify needs.
• Develop product strategy and long-term roadmap including ROI and adoption.
• Identify KPIs and create visualizations to report performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on updates, demos, and positioning.
