Solventum is seeking an AI Product Owner to lead the development of world-class medical coding software. You will collaborate with diverse teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive the chart readiness and automation agenda.

In this role, you will manage a team of data scientists and software developers, evaluate performance and report to stakeholders. Remote work enables global collaboration while supporting ongoing onboarding and compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in a software development environment.
• 3 years of experience with cloud-hosted applications.
• 3 years of experience with machine learning or AI software products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members, product owners and stakeholders to build world-class medical coding software.
• Develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness.
• Lead team of data scientists and software developers to enhance chart confidence pipeline and client automation.
• Evaluate team member recommendations and provide detailed feedback.
• Report progress and accomplishments of the team to internal stakeholders.
