Solventum is seeking a Product Owner to lead an autonomous coding platform that uses AI to automate coding and reimbursement of health care claims, improving revenue cycle operations. You will guide cross‑functional teams, own release planning, and shape the product roadmap with a focus on customer value and ROI.

Ideal candidates bring eight years of clinical software experience, certification in coding (RHIA/RHIT/CCS/COC), and strong data skills (SQL, Power BI, QuickSight).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and eight years of clinical software experience.
• Eight years of Medical Coding expertise in outpatient settings.
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or COC certification.

Responsabilidades

• Own release planning for the product workflow aligned to roadmap and goals.
• Lead weekly meta-scrum discussions with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct voice-of-customer activities and market research to identify improvements.
• Develop product strategy and long-term roadmap direction including ROI.
• Identify KPIs and develop data visualizations to communicate progress.
