Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Product Owner to drive release planning, define and prioritize EPICs, and align work with customer value. You will lead cross-functional teams through VOC, market research, and data analysis to identify optimization opportunities and guide long-term strategy.

The role requires eight years in clinical software, strong data analytics, and familiarity with Agile methods. Remote work is possible with up to 10% travel, and a competitive compensation range is offered.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of clinical software experience.
• Eight (8) years of Medical Coding expertise in Outpatient Facility settings.
• Experience using data analysis tools to inform business decisions.
• Coding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, COC).
• Experience with web analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own release planning for the product workflow and prioritize initiatives and EPICs.
• Lead weekly meta-scrum and align roadmap execution with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct VOC, market research, usage analysis and feedback reviews to identify improvements.
• Develop product strategy, ROI, and long-term roadmap with innovation opportunities.
• Identify KPIs, track performance, and communicate insights through reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams on ROI and positioning.
• Coordinate NPI activities, CMR approvals, and training needs with internal teams.
• Provide product demos to validate functionality and cross-workflow alignment.
• Champion Agile principles and foster an atmosphere of innovation.
• Support change management to maintain team productivity.
