You will lead a diverse team of data scientists and software developers to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that improve client automation and care outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in product management for software, cloud experience, ML background, and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years product management in software development.
Or 14+ years product management with High School Diploma/GED.
3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications.
3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science.
3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members, product owners and stakeholders to build world class medical coding software.
Develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness.
Lead team of data scientists and software developers to enhance chart confidence pipeline to improve client automation.
Evaluate team member recommendations, provide detailed feedback and assess improvements.
Report to internal stakeholders on progress and accomplishments of the team.
