Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on enabling better, smarter, safer healthcare. This Chief Product Owner will lead agile product management for outpatient/inpatient Quality products, aligning with regulatory requirements and stakeholder needs.

The role requires extensive experience in documentation integrity, coding, and revenue cycle within hospitals, with remote USA work and onboarding plans including on-site elements for early start.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 11+ years in healthcare field or business, if no degree.
• 8 years in Documentation Integrity for clinical, quality and coding.
• 5 years in hospitals revenue cycle (physician documentation, CDI, quality or coding).
• 3 years with Solventum Physician, CDI, quality or coding solutions

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quality products.
• Align product strategies with regulatory requirements and market trends.
• Own the Quality product portfolio and related methodologies (AHRQ, Elixhauser, HCCs, CMS star).
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to implementation and optimization.
• Define quality outcome metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and translate into epics and user stories.
• Ensure agile teams understand business priorities and outcomes.
