Ford Pro is seeking an experienced Fleet Success professional in Michigan to coordinate title & registration, onboard customers to product services, and train users on new features. You will support sales, develop material, and monitor usage to maximize value for our fleet customers.

Required are a HS Diploma and 4–5+ years in fleet management and U.S. title/registration, plus strong communication and Excel skills. Salary grades 7–8 offer competitive annual pay.

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4–5+ years of experience in fleet management.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate & Support Dealership / Customer Title & Registration requests.
• Support customer onboarding on assigned product services, including training on how to use the product.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Assist customers with maximizing value from products and services; monitor usage and provide training.
• Provide insights to management on customer usage and feedback.
• Escalate customer concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and develop sales & marketing materials.
• Process title/registration transactions and vehicle moves; ensure correct billing.
