Job summary

Ford Pro is seeking a Fleet Success Specialist to coordinate dealership and customer title/registration requests, onboard customers on product services, and train on features. You will communicate monthly updates on new capabilities and identify opportunities to educate customers on other Ford Pro offerings.

The role emphasizes maximizing product value, monitoring usage, and providing insights to managers, while supporting sales and marketing material development.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in a fleet management role.
• 4–5+ years working with U.S. title & registration.
• Sales experience with dealers or fleet customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support title/registration requests for dealerships and customers.
• Assist onboarding of customers on product services and provide training.
• Provide monthly updates on features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Help customers maximize value and monitor usage; offer training on underutilized functionality.
• Provide insights on customer usage to the management team.
• Escalate concerns and maintain issue tracking to resolution.
• Support sales efforts for assigned product/service.
• Assist in developing sales and marketing materials.
• Process title/registration transactions and vehicle moves; ensure correct billing.
