Job summary

Ford Pro is seeking a Fleet Success professional to coordinate title/registration requests, onboard customers to core product services, and educate customers on feature sets across the Ford Pro portfolio.

You will analyze usage, drive adoption, and escalate issues while supporting sales initiatives and material development. Compensation aligns with grade ranges and is market competitive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5+ years experience with a fleet management company in the US.
• 4–5+ years experience in US title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with the sales team.
• Self-starter with creative problem solving in evolving environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support dealership/customer title and registration requests.
• Assist customer onboarding on assigned product services and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Help customers maximize value from products and services; monitor usage and provide training on underutilized functionality.
• Provide management with insights on customer usage and feedback for product improvements.
• Escalate customer concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts for assigned product/service.
• Assist in developing sales and marketing material for the product/service.
• Process title and registration transactions, vehicle moves, and ensure correct billing.
