Job summary

Ford Pro Fleet Success Team is seeking a seasoned professional with 4–5+ years in fleet management and title/registration experience to support dealership and commercial fleet customers in the United States. You will assist onboarding, drive customer education on products, and help grow sales while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and product teams, using Salesforce and CRM tools to optimize customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years in fleet management.
• 4–5+ years in US title & registration.
• Sales experience with dealers/commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify business needs for product development teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-starter who can think creatively.
• Ability to advocate for customer and business solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & support dealership/customer title & registration requests.
• Assist onboarding on product services and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other products.
• Help customers maximize value; monitor usage and train on unused functionality.
• Provide insights to management on customer usage and feedback.
• Escalate concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts for assigned product/service.
• Assist in developing sales & marketing materials.
• Process title/registration transactions, vehicle moves, and billing accuracy.
