Job summary

Ford Pro is a global Ford division focused on commercial customer productivity. The Fleet Success Team provides sales and service support for commercial fleet customers using our software and services.

The role involves coordinating title and registration, onboarding customers, training on product features, and delivering monthly feature updates. It also includes supporting sales efforts and ensuring accurate billing within a remote-friendly structure.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5+ years of experience with a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to identify business needs and communicate them to product development teams.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support dealership/customer title and registration requests.
• Assist with customer onboarding on assigned product services and initial setup.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Help customers maximize value; monitor usage and train on underutilized functionality.
• Provide management with insights on customer usage and feedback for improvements.
• Escalate customer concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and assist in developing sales and marketing materials.
• Process title and registration transactions, vehicle moves and ensure correct billing.
