Job summary

Ford Pro seeks a Fleet Success Specialist to support commercial fleet customers in title and registration, onboarding, and product training. You’ll provide regular feature updates and educate customers on Ford Pro offerings to maximize value and adoption across their vehicle fleets.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams, escalate issues, and help drive billing accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, remote role.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years of experience in a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to identify business needs and communicate with product teams.
• Self-starter with creative problem solving in evolving environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Support Dealership/Customer Title & Registration requests.
• Support customer onboarding on assigned product services and initial setup.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Assist customers to maximize value; monitor usage and provide training on unused functionality.
• Provide insights on how customers use products and suggest improvements.
• Escalate customer concerns and track issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and help develop sales/marketing material.
• Process title/registration transactions, vehicle moves, and billing accuracy.
