Job summary

Ford Pro is seeking a Fleet Success Team professional in the United States to coordinate title/registration requests, onboard customers, and relay product updates. You will help fleets maximize value and drive customer satisfaction while collaborating with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4–5+ years of experience working for a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Support Dealership / Customer Title & Registration requests, including initial and re-registration.
• Assist customer onboarding on assigned product services and provide training on usage.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Assist customers in maximizing value, monitor usage, and offer training on underutilized functionality.
• Provide insights to management on customer usage and feedback, including likes/dislikes and desired features.
• Escalate customer concerns and maintain open issues tracking to drive resolution.
• Support sales efforts and assist in developing sales & marketing material for the product/service.
• Process title and registration transactions, vehicle moves and ensure clients are billed correctly.
