Job summary

Percepta is seeking a Product Claims Analyst to join our remote team and help investigate and resolve legal claims with customers and dealerships. You’ll learn and execute the full product liability process while delivering timely, professional service that supports customer satisfaction and business goals.

In this role you’ll coordinate with corporate attorneys, manage communications via phone and email, document case actions, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• College Degree required.
• Minimum twelve (12) months experience in customer service; phone customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year Paralegal experience.
• Claim adjuster experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve legal claims in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with customers and dealerships via phone and written communication.
• Learn and execute the complete product liability handling process and meet service goals.
• Document each claim contact in the appropriate system and maintain electronic case file.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and settlements with dealerships, customers, and field operations.
• Identify area for improvement and participate in process enhancement programs.
