Job summary

Reserv is an insurtech focused on AI-driven claims processes and remote-first operations. We seek a Resolution Specialist to educate customers, triage claims, and drive efficient resolution across transportation-related claims.

The role collaborates with product, engineering, and external counsel to improve technology and processes while delivering exceptional service to claimants and policyholders.

Qualifications

• Active insurance adjuster license in home state
• Minimum 3 years of transportation claims adjusting
• Willing to obtain all licenses within 60 days
• Knowledge of state regulations and SOPs
• Willingness to travel for clients

Responsibilities

• Handle auto claims from intake to resolution
• Manage litigated and non-litigated cases
• Analyze liability and damages, negotiate settlements
• Coordinate with defense counsel and vendors
• Attend mediations/arbitrations/depositions as needed
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and procedures
