Qualifications

• At least 12 months in customer service; phone experience.
• Paralegal experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve legal claims in a timely and professional manner.
• Contact customers and dealerships to investigate and respond to claims.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections with customers, dealerships, and field operations.
• Document each claim in the appropriate system and maintain electronic case files.
• Prepare and present cases for assessment meetings with management and attorneys.
