Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience are required.
• 1-year automotive technician experience in powertrain/body/electrical repair or equivalent training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze repair shop claim information to determine contract coverage.
• Explain extended service products and prior approval process to callers.
• Utilize web-based technical information to adjudicate claims.
• Negotiate part pricing and labor allowances when required.
• Log customer contacts accurately for historical view.
