Job summary

Talentoma in the United States is seeking a Product Information Associate to maintain consistent product attributes across catalogs. This desk-based, fully remote role sits with the product management team and collaborates with merchandising and customer support to ensure accurate details.

You will review requests from a shared queue, verify data against reference sources, update entries in Salsify, and track progress in Asana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience maintaining product catalogs, entering product details, or supporting an administrative team is preferred.
• Willingness to learn catalog updates using Salsify and navigate a product information management system.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written form and request clarifications when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive product information requests, identify entries, and confirm requested changes.
• Check attributes against approved sources and flag missing or conflicting details.
• Locate catalog entries in the PIM (Salsify) and ensure correct entry.
• Enter changes, assign categories, and apply naming conventions.
• Compare related variants to ensure shared attributes match.
• Track requests in Asana and record progress and next steps.
• Ask for missing details and follow up on unanswered questions.
• Escalate conflicts to the product information lead.
• Recheck changes and notify requester when ready.
• Close requests with notes and ensure quality and follow-up.
