Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related ecommerce/catalog experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of product identifiers, variants, and categories for online shoppers.
• Comfort reading supplier tables and comparing fields without guessing missing details.
• Willingness to learn product information management and spreadsheet systems.
• Clear written communication for asking questions and giving progress updates.
• Ability to review repetitive catalog changes and keep variants distinct.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace for 40-hour weeks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive product setup and correction requests via email or queue and record details.
• Compare supplier specs using spreadsheets and Excel, checking identifiers, sizes, and units.
• Check listings for duplicates, missing attributes, and mismatched variants before changes.
• Apply categories and attribute templates with consistent naming for easy browsing.
• Enter updates in a product information management system (PIM) like Pimcore with notes.
• Preview updates in an ecommerce platform (WooCommerce) for variant relationships and placement.
• Request missing specifications from suppliers or merchandising and follow up as needed.
• Escalate conflicts or publishing problems to the catalog team lead.
• Confirm updates display correctly online and notify requesters with change summaries.
• Meet quality standards using checklists before marking requests complete.
