Sales Match is seeking a Product Listing Associate to maintain accurate online product listings on our ecommerce platform. You will work with the product catalog team to ensure correct attributes, variants, and categories, entering updates in Shopify and confirming consistency with approved data.

This fully remote role in the United States emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and disciplined data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No experience required; related experience updating online product listings, maintaining catalogs, or supporting ecommerce administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with product attributes, item identifiers, category structures, and variations such as size or color.
• Comfort learning an ecommerce platform such as Shopify and following step-by-step instructions for creating entries, editing attributes, previewing pages, and saving approved changes.
• Ability to use spreadsheets and data entry tools such as Microsoft Excel to review item lists, compare fields, and maintain update trackers.
• Careful reading and checking skills to spot mismatched values, duplicates, missing details, and inconsistent formatting before publication.
• Clear written communication for requesting product information and sharing progress updates with colleagues.
• Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet private workspace; availability for 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming product listing requests from the shared work queue and email, identifying new items, requested changes, missing information, and next actions.
• Check supplied product names, item identifiers, dimensions, materials, colors, and sizes against approved source information before entering or changing online store details.
• Prepare assigned product entries using existing approved descriptions and supplied images, following formatting instructions without promotional copy or visual design.
• Organize product categories, tags, attributes, and variant relationships so customers can browse related items and distinguish options.
• Enter approved listing updates in an ecommerce platform such as Shopify, ensuring updates apply to the correct product and variant.
• Maintain update trackers in spreadsheets and data entry tools such as Microsoft Excel, noting status and references.
