Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Product Listing Associate to maintain accurate online product listings on our ecommerce platform. You will work with the product management and catalog teams to ensure items, attributes, and variants are correctly entered and organized, supporting shoppers with clear, consistent information from a remote home office in New York.

The role focuses on data entry, category tagging, and quality checks using Shopify and Excel, with a 40-hour workweek and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; related ecommerce listing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with product attributes, item identifiers, categories, and variations such as size or color.
• Willingness to learn Shopify and follow step-by-step entry instructions.
• Proficient in Excel for data review and tracking updates.
• Strong reading accuracy and ability to spot mismatches and inconsistencies.
• Clear written communication for requests and progress updates.
• Reliable computer, fast internet, quiet workspace, and 40-hour availability.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming product listing requests and identify the required action.
• Check product details against approved source information before entry or changes.
• Enter listings using approved descriptions and supplied images without promotional copy.
• Organize categories, tags, attributes, and variant relationships for easy browsing.
• Enter updates in Shopify and ensure changes apply to the correct product/variant.
• Maintain trackers in Excel and document request status and references.
• Preview pages for image placement and attribute accuracy before publication.
• Follow up with suppliers or merchandising to obtain missing details.
• Escalate conflicts or errors to the product catalog team lead with context.
• Confirm published changes and log completion notes.
