Qualifications

• 1-2 years of technical exp with medical devices or clinical experience with plasma collection.
• Remote based with ability to travel domestically 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within the assigned territory, including product, quality, and regulatory inquiries.
• Develop and deliver technical education and product training to ensure high training standards.
• Provide training to internal and external customers as needed.
• Communicate best practices and product techniques to Product Applications, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of Haemonetics products and competitive offerings.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote product utilization and business growth.
• Provide technical representation during customer presentations, meetings, and conferences.
• Assist in providing technical, quality, and regulatory support for the portfolio within the territory.
• Support product implementations and customer onboarding with senior team members.
