Haemonetics Corp. is seeking a technical support professional to support customers within an assigned territory across product, quality, and regulatory questions.

The role involves training customers and internal teams, supporting product implementations, and collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing functions. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of technical experience with medical devices or clinical experience with plasma collection
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's Degree in biomedical/ electrical/ computer engineering or related technical discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers in the assigned territory across product, quality, and application inquiries
• Develop and deliver technical education and product training to ensure consistent high standards
• Train internal and external customers with senior team support as needed
• Share best practices and techniques with Product Applications, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Maintain knowledge of Haemonetics products and competitive offerings
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote product utilization and business growth
• Provide technical representation during customer presentations, meetings, and events
• Assist in product implementations and customer onboarding activities
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to relay feedback and opportunities
