Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support the corporate procurement team with purchase order processing, vendor record maintenance, and invoice reconciliation. This entry-to-early-career role offers remote work with occasional travel and operates within our procure-to-pay workflow to keep purchasing accurate and well documented.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, data entry).
• ERP exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical data handling.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain vendor contact information, W‑9s, banking details, and contract records.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on confirmations, shipments, and delivery dates.
• Assist with PO-vendor invoice reconciliation; flag mismatches for resolution.
• Collect vendor onboarding docs (W‑9, COIs, banking forms) and route for approval.
• Maintain organized digital files for POs, contracts, vendor agreements, and correspondence.
